Items purchased from the sale category or damaged/open package category are final sale only.
We recommend trying on and/or inspecting all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed or the tags removed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
We will provide all Return Shipping labels and Return Authorizations. This allows us to know that you are making a Return, track it as it makes its way back to us and ensure that you get your expected Refund. We also have discounted shipping rates with the carriers we utilize.
You must request your Return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within seven calendar days of receiving your product to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this seven day time for an in store credit. We will accept returns up to 30 days after receiving your delivery.
The return package must be handed to the contracted carrier and on the way to us within seven calendar days of My Little Baby Bug providing your return label in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this seven-day-timeframe for a store credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. My Little Baby Bug is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We are also not responsible for Returns sent not utilizing our procedures.
Returns over $300 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%.
Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.

If you would like to return an item purchased directly from My Little Baby Bug that was gifted to you, please email info@mylittlebabybug indicating this is a gift return along with the buyer’s name and order number if known in addition to your name and email address. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
Gift returns will receive an in store credit as we cannot refund to a payment method that was not used to purchase the product.
