HOW DOES COVID-19 AFFECT MY DELIVERY?
- We do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. However, given the current situation, we have seen orders that we process in a few hours take 14-21 days to actually arrive. We apologize for any delays. Read more on our COVID-19 update here.
HOW SOON DO YOU GET YOUR ORDER?
- Orders for delivery within the USA typically arrive at your door within 14-21 days. See COVID-19 Disclaimer (we will change standard shipping times back to 7 days when we feel it is safe to do so).
Some products have available Standard and Expedited shipping. Please email@example.com for info.
- All orders are processed at 1pm EST daily. If you order after 1pm EST, your order will be processed the next day.
WHERE ELSE DO YOU SHIP?
- APO/FPO – We proudly offer Standard shipping to Military addresses! Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. If an item you have selected is not eligible a message will be displayed during checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
- US Territories – We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico. For information on shipping to other US Territories, please call 833-222-9284.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
- Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order.
- Truck Delivery – When the size and or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. Delivery time frames will be stated in your cart. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.
WHAT IF I ONLY GET PART OF MY ORDER?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet processed.You will be notified by email or phone if there are any delays in shipping.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
My Little Baby Bug reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Gift Cards will be provided electronically. If a Gift Card is purchased along with other items, the other items will ship by standard shipping methods.
